Dear Author,So far I'm liking what I'm reading. I'm loving the flow of the story specially the details haha. Though what I can suggest is that try to put in more content, specially the first few chapters— but that's just for me though I guess I'm just kinda used to reading books that have 2k or more words per chapter.Anyways so far I like what I'm reading and I hope the author continues on with writing not only to finish this wonderful work but also to work on more books as well in the future.(u2060。u2060・u2060ωu2060・u2060。u2060)u2060ノu2060♡Much Love,Loki

i had high expectations as so many people hype this up, but this is just usual cringe 12 y .o writing a dark romance of cold rich unemotional rich duke finally having someone that tickles their interest. not to mention he has more memories of the fl being a child rather than normal interactions. all good about this is just the visual and the European setting. other than that the characters are written too stereotypically. and not to mention they always talk about look and good looking traits which make the writing on the dynamic a bit shallow. if you're a new person being into dark romance you'd probably like it, but if you already read alot of dark romance novel, this is a bit cringe.

"Machina Arcanis: Two Worlds Collided" is an intriguing mix of sci-fi and fantasy. It follows Jack Squire, an orbital debris collector, as his world is turned upside down by a magical cataclysm. The story dives into a war-torn planet where magic clashes with advanced technology, creating a compelling backdrop. The themes of war, tragedy, and growth are well-handled, and the world-building is immersive. While it’s still early with only a few chapters, the potential for an epic tale is there. If you enjoy stories blending magic and tech, this one’s worth checking out!

Therefore, using the Handbook's limit for a short story of 15,000 words and Gardner's suggestion that a novella doesn't begin until the 30,000 word mark, I'm going to concern myself with these odd-duck works which fall in between 15,000 and 30,000 words -- according to my own painstaking calculations. I know these word counts mean very little to the typical reader, who will sense that a work is short or long or medium or very long or very short, but who won't think in terms of the actual number of words. So here are some commonly taught novels and a couple of frequently anthologized short stories: To Kill a Mockingbird (104,250 words), The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn(108,575), The Great Gatsby (47,104), Jane Eyre(191,500), "Bartleby, the Scrivener" (13,692), and "The Fall of the House of Usher" (6,710). In Gardner's novella range are books like Heart of Darkness (37,746) and Wide Sargasso Sea(45,499).
